Jim F Loos: Austin, Texas, United States; Central Texas homesteader focusing on grass finished beef and pasture raised pork. I was born into homesteading learning from my parents and grandparents which cattle has always been the main area of interest. My grandparents and father operated a small family dairy until I was 8 years old then switched to cow/calf ranching. For the last 15 years, I have returned the farm back to regenerative farming producing natural chemical free grass finished beef and pasture raised pork.
